San Jose (Calif.) Bellarmine Prep quarterback Austyn Carta-Samuels who was named First Team All-Combine at the Los Angeles UnderArmour/Scout.com Combine, picked up his first BCS offer on Monday.
"Purdue just offered," said Carta-Samuels. "I visited Purdue today and Coach Hope, who will be their next head coach, offered me."
The Boilermakers join Utah, UNLV, San Diego State and Air Force in offering Carta-Samuels.
